We are a community of 151 units in 34 buildings located in Stow, OH, south of Norton Rd and east of Sowul Blvd. Our southern boundary is the Summit Metroparks Bike and Hike Trail, and across Sowul Blvd is the Giant Eagle grocery and the Stow-Hudson Towne Centre shopping center.
All units are two story cape cod style with attached two car garages, 3 to 4 bedrooms, and 2 to 4 bathrooms. Some units have full walk out basements with first floor 12 ft x 38 ft rear decks. Units without basements have rear patios or decks. Unit living areas (not including bsmt sq.ft.) are mostly 1868 sq.ft., with a few 1772 sq.ft., and a few 1488 sq.ft.
