- Five Board of Managers Amendment 1997-07-07
- Modifies the By-Laws Article II, Section 1 entitled “Board of Managers – Number and Qualifications” to increase the number of Managers to five.
- Leasing Restriction Amendment 2000-01-07
- Modifies the Declaration Article III, by deleting Section 11 entitled “Rental of Units” and replacing it in its entirety with Section 11 entitled “Rental of Units”.
- Collection Costs Amendment 2000-10-18
- Modifies the Declaration Article XVIII, by adding Section C entitled “Cost of Collection”
- Modifies the Declaration Article XVIII, by adding Section D entitled “Cost of Enforcement”
- Occupancy Restriction Amendment 2003-04-29
- Prohibits sexual predators from residing in the community.
- Insurance Amendment 2003-11-19
- Deletes the Declaration Article XV entitled “Hazard Insurance”, and replaces it in its entirety with new Declaration Article XV entitled “Casualty Insurance”

- Modifies many sections of the Declaration & By-Laws to bring the documents into compliance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 5311.

- Modifies the Declaration Article XII, Section B, Paragraph 2 which defines the unit owners responsibilities for windows and doors.
- FHA Allow One Rental Amendment 2015-03-03
- Inserts a new paragraph at the end of Declaration Article III, Section B(11) entitled “Rental of Units”
- Mail-In and Electronic Voting Amendment 2021-02-05
- Modifies the By-Laws to allow for Mail-In or Electronic Voting for Election of Board of Directors when the Annual Meeting cannot be held in person due to a local, state, or national emergency, order, or other similar circumstances.
- SB61 Compliance Amendment 2022-11-08
- Modifies many sections of the Declaration & By-Laws to bring the documents into compliance with Senate Bill 61 modifications to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 5311.
- Voting, Virtual Meetings, Annual Date, & Indemnification Amendments 2023-04-11
- Allows for mail-in and/or electronic voting for directors, allows virtual meetings, adds flexibility for the annual meeting date, and adds additional indemnification for directors, officers, and committee members.
