Handbook of Rules and Information

This Handbook contains the guidelines, rules and information necessary to ensure the comfort, safety and health of each and all the residents and to promote harmonious and compatible relationships. Also, the purpose of the rules is, very importantly, to preserve the standards of quality and appearance of our property necessary to protect our substantial investment in our homes.

The Handbook is an adjunct document to the Rockport Colony Disclosure Statement, Declaration and the By-Laws. As an owner of a condominium unit, you should have received this manual when you purchased your property in Rockport. If you do not have these documents, you may obtain a copy from the Management Company or download the pdf.
